Rofori Privacy Policy.
rofori.com Privacy Policy effective as of February 25, 2013
Welcome to www.rofori.com ("Website"). Our Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Website. We will not use or share your Personal Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
In this Privacy Policy the term "Rofori" refers to the Rofori Service, the homepage of which is located at www.rofori.com; the terms "us" or "we" or "our" refers to Rofori Corporation ("Rofori"), the owner of www.rofori.com, and the terms "you" or "user" refer to the user or viewer of www.rofori.com. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Service.
Privacy is fundamental to Rofori. Rofori focuses a group's information, event, and status messages into an activity focused communication stream. All members of the stream can view all of the content in the stream. Here's how it works:
-An Organization purchases the Rofori Service and creates Streams (i.e., message containers) and designates the Stream Owner. An Administrator is designated by the Organization to assign Streams to individuals within the organization. The person to whom the stream is assigned becomes the Stream Owner.
- The Stream Owner is responsible for the stream content, member invitation, and management.
- The Stream Owner requests other members of the group or team to participate in the stream by sending Stream Membership invitations to each participant's email address. There is no restriction on the email address to which the invitation is sent, it is the responsibility of the Stream Owner to have prior knowledge of the email addresses of the group's members.
- Only the individual members that the Stream Owner has invited into the Stream can view their own Member profile information which contains the member's first and last name, telephone number, email address, and text message address.
- Only the individual members that the Stream Owner has invited into the Stream can view content (messages and attached files) entered into the stream. One possible exception to this is that the message content of Urgent messages posted into a stream may be sent via email or text message to other stream members. Rofori has no responsibility or control over a recipient subsequently distributing such email or text messages to others who may not be members of the stream.
- Stream Owners and Organizational Administrators have the ability to deactivate a member's access to the stream content at any time.
- Rofori is a pay-for-service model, thus user profile and stream content information are never shared with advertisers. This includes the Stream Owner's email address and the email addresses of other Stream Members.
- Rofori's administrative procedures do not allow our employees or outside parties we commission to provide services to us to view messages in a Stream. Access to our database is granted only to our technicians on a case-by-case basis to troubleshoot specific technical issues, or as may be required by law. Each such event is logged.
- Rofori has instituted measures to protect the security of each Stream's data. Please refer to the Rofori.com Privacy And Security Overview.
When using Rofori, there are general elements of our service that you should know. The User ID you use to access the Service is your email address. Rofori validates the email address you specify, and expects you to respond to hyperlinks within the body of the email message as part of the validation process. Only the email address to which a Stream Membership invitation has been sent may be used as a User ID for accessing the Stream and its contents. When you login to the Rofori Service using your email address, you will have access to all streams to which the email address is an active member. These streams may include any combination of multiple Individual or Organization service level streams. Only active Stream Members may view other member profile information and content for that stream. Additionally, Stream Owners or Organizations own the user generated or submitted content of the members of a stream. Rofori does not own such user generated content and Stream Owners and Organization Administrators may be able to securely export user generated content to an Individual or Organization destination for archival, backup, or data analysis purposes. As Stream content is owned by the Stream Owner or Organization, not by Rofori, the privacy policies, and practices of each Stream Owner or Organization have substantial impact on disclosure, access, and use of information contained in the Stream. All Stream users should review and monitor the privacy policies and practices of the Stream Owners and Organizations for the Streams they access as those policies and practices will affect privacy rights associated with Stream content.
For further details on using Rofori, please refer to our Terms of Service Agreement.

2.Contact Us/Feedback
If you email us through the www.rofori.com Contact Us link on our Website, or through a rofori support related Stream using the Service, we may ask you for information such as your name and email address so we can respond to your questions and comments. If you choose to correspond with us via email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our response to you. If you choose to correspond with us via the Rofori Service, we will retain the content of your messages, your name, email address, and other contact information in your profile, and our response to you. In certain cases, and with your permission, we may post content from your feedback to us on the Rofori Website.
3.Questionnaires and Surveys
We may occasionally ask users of our Website to complete online or telephone surveys and opinion polls about their activities, attitudes, and interests. These surveys help us better serve you and improve the usefulness of rofori. In requesting your participation in these surveys we may ask you to provide your name and email address to us.
4.User Content
Our Service offers its users the opportunity to share User Content within activity focused Streams. If you choose to use these features, you should be aware that any Personal Information you submit through these features can be read, collected, or used by other Stream Members and could be used by those other Stream Members to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the Personal Information you choose to submit to the rofori Streams.
